Juan Camilo has advised a wide variety of national and international companies in matters related to the running of the Health Social Security System. He has taken part in the legal defense of our clients in different administrative procedures initiated by the Health Ministry, Health Superintendency and the Comptroller’s Office and has also advised our clients in fiscal accountability procedures initiated by the General Comptroller’s Office, regarding the expenses of public resources.

He has also been involved in different liquidation proceedings initiated by the Health Superintendency, especially regarding the credit’s recognition procedure and in the judicial processes started against the liquidation and the Health Social Security System authorities.

Juan Camilo has also taken part in the structuring and judicial representation of different clients before de administrative jurisdiction, on which we dispute the shortfall of the resources assigned to the Health Social Security System.
