David specializes in Tax Legal Consulting, boasting over 7 years of experience in tax matters. He has advised both local and foreign clients on tax structuring for investments to and from Colombia, aided in tax diagnostic assessments, facilitated corporate restructuring processes, proposed tax optimization alternatives for entities, and provided routine advisory services to companies across various sectors.

David has worked as a tax attorney in both multinational and local tax consulting firms. Additionally, he contributed to the development of the book “Conventions to Avoid Double Taxation in Colombia, Theory and Practice” published by LEGIS in 2019.
