Claudia has advised national and foreign companies from various sectors of the economy on Competition Law and Corporate Law issues. Currently, she also serves as the Coordinator of the Colombian Competition Law Association – ACDC.

Before joining Esguerra JHR, she worked as a lawyer in various public and private entities in the corporate area.
