Angie has provided audit and project advisory services and has participated in the structuring and monitoring of projects for both the public and private sectors.

She has also developed consultancy and advisory activities for public entities in the field of public procurement, as well as assistance in the drafting and monitoring of contractual documents. She has also provided ongoing advice and assistance in the various administrative and judicial proceedings.

She has participated in corporate matters related to the incorporation of companies, single register of proposers and company mergers.

Prior to joining Esguerra JHR, she worked in the legal and commercial departments of a high-level multinational consulting firm providing audit and project management services.
