Daniel has extensive experience in corporate legal advice in areas of antitrust practices, business integrations, unfair competition, consumer protection, and Corporate Law.

Throughout his career, he has provided legal advice to companies in a wide range of sectors, including retail, transportation, hydrocarbons, agribusiness, and financial services.

Before joining the firm, he worked in multinational companies, where he provided consulting on international transactions and free trade agreements. Additionally, he served as a credit risk officer at the Financial Superintendence Office of Colombia.

Also he has advised companies that wish to be certified in compliance with the competence under technical standard NTC-6378 of the Instituto Nacional de Normas Técnicas (Icontec)/Technical Standards National Institute.
