Andrés has advised national and international clients in corporate matters and litigation in the preparation of shareholder agreements, transformation processes, mergers and split-offs, insolvency processes, due diligence, sale of companies, among others.

Also, he has provided advice to important companies on the running of corporate bodies, directors’ liability, business groups, and Financial and Capital Market Law.

In terms of compliance, he has advised companies in the design, implementation, and updating of Sagrilaft, in transparency and business ethics programs, and in sanctioning processes before the Companies Superintendence Office of Colombia.

He is an undergraduate Corporate Law lecturer and professor, and in several graduate programs at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Universidad de La Sabana, Universidad EAFIT, Universidad Externado de Colombia, and Universidad del Norte.
