Adriana has advised national and international clients in the structuring of private initiative public-private partnership (PPP) projects in relation to airport, railway, and road issues. She has participated in the structuring of public-initiative projects related with sales of forestry flights, audit contracts, feasibility of a shipping company, and public registration service in matters of transit and transportation with a high-technology component.

Also, she has advised public entities in Administrative Law and state contracting, as well as in the defense of private and public clients against fiscal liability processes, and before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction.

Adriana has guided public and private entities in the development of anti-corruption policies and manuals. Also, she has provided support in the preparation and negotiation of operation and maintenance, and engineering, procurement, and construction contracts to be signed with financial entities and subcontractors. She has been involved in the legal defense of contractors for controversies arising from the implementation of concession and work agreements.
