At Esguerra JHR, we have been advisors to both debtors and creditors, both national and international in a wide range of processes related to insolvency.

Our services include:

Restructuring and Law 550 of 1999: providing advice on restructuring processes under these regulations
Judicial reorganizing and liquidating (Law 1116 of 2006): representing debtors and creditors in defense of judicial reorganization and liquidation processes
Administrative forced intervention: supporting in situations of forced and administrative intervention
Extrajudicial negotiation: facilitating agreements with creditors outside of court
Judicial validation of agreements: legal representing in the judicial validation of agreements with creditors

In addition, we offer advice on the preparation and negotiation of agreements, as well as representation in bankruptcy processes supervised by the Companies Superintendence Office of Colombia.
