Andrés has extensive experience in Competition Law, Consumer Protection Law, and Commercial Law. He has advised companies operating in a wide range of sectors, including telecommunications, energy, gas, agribusiness, and port sector.

In addition to advising, Andrés has worked in litigation mainly in unfair competition processes, restrictive practices of competition, business integrations, commercial matters, and state contracting before the state jurisdiction, the Industry and Commerce Superintendence Office of Colombia, and in arbitrations.

He is a founding partner of Esguerra Asesores Jurídicos, now Esguerra JHR, where he advises clients on Competition Law and Corporate Law in addition to handling judicial, arbitration, and administrative processes.
