Elvira has participated in different matters of administrative law and constitutional law. She has advised public and private companies to structure the best legal defense.

Also, Elvira worked at the Cundinamarca Administrative Tribunal. At the Tribunal, her activities consisted in the reviewing and substantiation of sentences/judicial decisions and of procedural and interlocutory orders in process (administrative process, executory process and class actions).
