David has more than ten years of experience advising and representing national and international companies in dispute resolution, competition law, unfair competition, business mergers, consumer protection, and intellectual property.

He has participated in several of the most representative cases in the country for restrictive practices of competition, unfair competition, and consumer law. At the same time, he has led essential consulting processes on the same matters.

David is a member of the Colombian Institute of Procedural Law (ICDP), the Center for the Study of Competition Law (CEDEC), and the Colombian Association of Competition Law (ACDC).
